Where Do Graduates Go After Fellowship?
Many of our fellows remain local and our fellowship program benefits from having multiple faculty, who have completed the program themselves in the past. Along with opportunities for graduates at UC San Diego, the local community benefits from multiple healthcare systems, who are often hiring geriatricians to add to their teams. Our fellows are also actively recruited nationally.
Each year, UC San Diego hosts an annual fellowship gathering to recognize the efforts of graduating fellows, mingle with faculty, and re-connect with alumni!
